Responsibilities
General Administration:
- Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and process refunds as needed.
- Monitor and respond to client emails promptly and accurately.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally from clients in Thailand and Australia.
- Create and update client CVs as required.
- Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Draft employment letters for clients.
- Organize and maintain visa-related photo albums.
- Post articles on the company website.
- Collect and organize ABN, ACN, and ASIC Extracts.
Visa & Finance Support:
- Draft and maintain accurate agreements and invoices.
- Assist clients with OVHC, OSHC, and RPL applications, including document verification and submission.
- Input visa details from immigration emails into Leap systems and update records in the immigration portal.
- Request and process movement records and AFP checks.
- Research and provide information related to Market Salary Data (MSD).

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); TOEIC score 750+ or B1/B2 proficiency equivalence
- Knowledge of Australian visa processes and Xero is a plus
