What You'll Do:

As a Bath Solutions Junior Installer, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of acrylic bath installations, learning from industry experts and growing your skills in a dynamic field. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with precise cutting and installation of drywall and plywood wall backers.
• Learning minor plumbing techniques to support installation needs.
• Creating wall templates and cutting acrylic panels with power tools.
• Setting up and breaking down cutting areas.
• Cleaning, preparing surfaces, and applying silicone products.
• Maintaining and restocking the company vehicle with job-specific materials and supplies.
• Safely removing and disposing of job site debris.

What We're Looking For:

Were looking for motivated individuals with a passion for hands-on work and learning. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Can follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Has the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Possesses basic knowledge of power tools and various cutting saws.
• Can lift up to 75 lbs. as part of daily tasks.
• Is available for overtime and occasional Saturday shifts.
• Thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with a 10-hour shift.
