What You'll Do:

As a Lead Installer, you will lead and execute high-quality bath installations, working with industry-leading products like Jacuzzi acrylic panels. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Complete Installations:
  • Shower and bath demos.
  • Drywall and plywood backer installations.
  • Waterproofing and ensuring mold prevention.
• Delivering Excellence in Craftsmanship:
  • Accurately cutting and installing acrylic panels.
  • Performing light plumbing work and managing caulking and silicone prep.
  • Setting up and breaking down job sites efficiently.
• Team Leadership:
  • Mentoring and guiding junior installers to ensure projects meet our high standards.
• Maintaining Job Readiness:
  • Managing vehicle inventory and ensuring materials are stocked and ready.

What Were Looking For:

Were searching for experienced professionals who are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will:

• Have 3+ years of carpentry or bath installation experience.
• Be highly skilled in cutting, measuring, and power tool operation.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Have a clean driving record and meet DOT physical requirements.
• Be able to lift 75 lbs. or more.
• Be available for Monday-Friday schedules with occasional Saturdays as needed.
