At PJ Fitzpatrick, we believe the customer journey doesnt end at the point of saleits just getting started. As our Production Coordinator Manager, you'll take ownership of a dynamic, growing team responsible for bringing projects from sale to install with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
You'll lead and coach the Project Coordinator (PC) team to operational excellence, initially focusing on Exterior Home Improvement and Interior Home Remodeling products, with expansion into Repair and Post-Install Customer Care (PICC). Your success is measured by your teams performance, development, and the seamless experience they deliver to our customers.
What Youll Do
As a hands-on leader, trainer, and process optimizer, you will:
- Coach for Success: Provide daily guidance, feedback, and structured training to ensure 100% procedural adherence across all PC roles.
- Develop Your Team: Launch and maintain a calendar of engaging, product-specific training sessions; build a library of self-paced and video-based content for continuous development.
- Standardize Excellence: Review and revise SOPs to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with real-world operations.
- Create Accountability: Establish KPIs, audit protocols, and reporting tools that give real-time visibility into team and individual performance.
- Innovate & Improve: Partner with the Customer Success Manager/Process Engineer to refine workflows, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement technology-backed solutions.
- Drive Communication: Ensure expectations are clearly communicated and consistently reinforced across roles and business units.
- Foster Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with business area managers, trainers, warehouse staff, and customer-facing teams to ensure installation success and client satisfaction.
- Monitor Tools: Explore and implement CRM/dispatch systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar) to track performance, flag issues, and support day-to-day coaching.
What Youll Bring to the Role
Leadership & Training Expertise:
- Proven success managing a team in project coordination, dispatch, or a multi-touch customer experience role.
- A passion for coaching, motivating, and holding teams accountable to excellence.
- Experience designing and delivering impactful training programsboth live and digital.
Operations & Process Strength:
- Strong background in CRM systems and project management tools (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.).
- Sharp analytical mind with a knack for SOP creation, KPI planning, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to spot inefficiencies, identify root causes, and recommend process or system enhancements.
Communication & People Skills:
