Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in our supply chain, ensuring that materials are properly loaded and organized for deliveries to customer homes for roofing, siding, window, door, and bath installations. You will also assist with inventory management, forklift operations, and general warehouse duties.

What Youll Do:

• Load & Unload Bulk Materials Prepare and load materials onto trucks for job site deliveries.
• Operate Warehouse Equipment Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools to move and organize materials.
• Inventory Control Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory tracking.
• Warehouse Organization Ensure materials are stored properly for quick and efficient access.
• Support Job Site Logistics Work closely with drivers and installation teams to coordinate material deliveries.

What Were Looking For:

• Warehouse Experience Preferred Prior experience handling bulk materials, loading/unloading, or working in a warehouse environment.
• Equipment Operation Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery. (Forklift certification is a plus!)
• Strong Organizational Skills Attention to detail when managing inventory and material logistics.
• Physical Stamina Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 105 lbs.) and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Team-Oriented Mindset Work closely with warehouse and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
