Salary & Earning Potential
- Base Salary: $80,000 per year
- Performance-Based Incentives: Earn up to $129,000+ annually with achievable bonuses and performance-based rewards.
Job Summary
As a Project Manager, youll be responsible for leading installation projects from start to finish while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation as a leader in the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Coordination
- Review job packets for accuracy and completeness before scheduling work.
- Validate production time estimates and coordinate with Sales and Production Managers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Verify materials needed and confirm order accuracy with customers.
Logistics & Compliance
- Manage and coordinate change orders as necessary.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Agent to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Obtain necessary permits for each project, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control
- Oversee project completion and ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and have them complete the Satisfaction & Completion Checklist.
- Collect final balances and resolve any outstanding punch list items.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
- Experience: Hands-on expertise in installation and repair of doors, windows, roofing, and siding.
- Licenses: No specific licenses required.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position with flexibility as needed to meet project deadlines.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry equipment, including ladders and measuring tools.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, reaching, and grasping.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions, including temperature variations, heights, and physically demanding work.
