Salary & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $80,000 per year
• Performance-Based Incentives: Earn up to $129,000+ annually with achievable bonuses and performance-based rewards.

Job Summary

As a Project Manager, youll be responsible for leading installation projects from start to finish while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation as a leader in the home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Coordination

• Review job packets for accuracy and completeness before scheduling work.
• Validate production time estimates and coordinate with Sales and Production Managers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Verify materials needed and confirm order accuracy with customers.

Logistics & Compliance

• Manage and coordinate change orders as necessary.
• Work closely with the Purchasing Agent to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Obtain necessary permits for each project, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control

• Oversee project completion and ensure all customer expectations are met.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and have them complete the Satisfaction & Completion Checklist.
• Collect final balances and resolve any outstanding punch list items.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Experience: Hands-on expertise in installation and repair of doors, windows, roofing, and siding.
• Licenses: No specific licenses required.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with flexibility as needed to meet project deadlines.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry equipment, including ladders and measuring tools.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, reaching, and grasping.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, including temperature variations, heights, and physically demanding work.
