---------------------------------------

Where HR meets workplace design — and both matter equally.

This is not a typical HR ops role. You'll keep the people side of the business running smoothly while also getting hands-on with physical workspace: planning fit-outs, coordinating vendors, and making sure the office environment reflects the team's culture. If you're organized, people-centric, and have an eye for space, this one's built for you.

⟢ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Interior Design, Hospitality Management, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of combined experience in HR operations and office or facilities management
  • Hands-on track record in office fit-out projects and an appreciation for workspace design
  • Background in hospitality, serviced offices, or co-working environments is a clear advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
  • People-first mindset with strong interpersonal instincts
  • Comfortable working with Google Suites Office and HRIS platforms
  • Fluent in English — written and verbal

⟢ WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

  • HR Operations
    • Own and maintain accurate employee records and HR data across all internal systems
    • Drive smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, from documentation to orientation
    • Act as the go-to HR resource for employees — responsive, clear, and trustworthy
    • Ensure HR policies stay current and aligned with Georgian employment regulations
      • Office & Facilities Management
        • Lead office setup and fit-out projects — coordinating contractors, suppliers, and timelines from start to finish
        • Contribute to workspace design planning that supports both culture and productivity
        • Maintain daily office operations so the environment is always efficient and well-managed
        • Take on ad-hoc tasks as delegated by your line manager

      ⟢ BENEFITS & PERKS:

      • Formal employment contract in compliance with Georgian labor law
      • Competitive salary aligned with the local and regional market
      • Full relocation package: flight tickets + 4–8 weeks in a company-provided apartment
      • Hybrid working and flexible schedule
      • Partial daily meal coverage (breakfast & lunch)
      • Annual fitness allowance for a healthy work-life balance
      • Multinational team with 16+ nationalities — diverse, welcoming, and collaborative
      • Tbilisi base: a growing tech hub with a unique East-meets-West culture
      • Real scope for career development in a company actively expanding into new markets

      ⟢ Recruitment Process:

      1. HR Interview
      2. Technical Interview
      3. Background Check
      4. Offer

The first 3 months (probation period) will include training in Dubai, UAE. All relocation and accommodation costs during this period are fully covered by the company.
