Serviced Apartment Management Specialist

Our client is a company operating at the intersection of crypto and AI, building innovative products in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech today.

They're looking for someone with a background in serviced apartments or extended-stay residences to take on a Corporate Housing Specialist role — running staff accommodation as its own in-house property, from setup through daily operations. If you've spent your career keeping a serviced apartment building running smoothly for guests, this is the natural next step: the same skill set, applied to a resident community you'll own end to end. This is a fully onsite role in the UAE.

Plenty of movement comes with the job — site visits, vendor meetings, property matters — so a driving license is a real advantage, and this role is a strong fit for anyone who has also worked in real estate.

⟢ Scope of Work:

• Take full ownership of the resident journey — allocation, check-in, room transfers, and check-out — the same guest-lifecycle work you already know from serviced apartments, just with residents instead of guests.
• Set up the accommodation building for opening, coordinating vendors and third parties on everything the property needs to run.
• Build and maintain SOPs, house rules, checklists, and service standards, drawing on the operating rhythm you already know from managing a serviced property.
• Run housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance schedules, and inspect rooms, common areas, and building equipment regularly.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and follow up on repair requests until they're resolved.
• Manage external providers across cleaning, security, pest control, waste management, and maintenance — much like managing a serviced apartment's vendor network.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, emergencies, and disciplinary matters with the same composure you'd bring to guest relations.
• Work with HR on employee arrivals, departures, and room allocation.
• Track utilities, supplies, operating expenses, and departmental budgets.
• Keep the property compliant with health, safety, fire prevention, and hygiene regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the accommodation operations team.
• Report regularly on occupancy, incidents, maintenance, and resident feedback, and keep improving service quality and cost efficiency.
• Travel frequently for business as the role requires.

⟢ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing serviced apartments, extended-stay residences, or similar guest-residential properties.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and facility operations.
• Good knowledge of health and safety, fire safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
• Strong leadership, team management, and complaint-handling skills.
• Comfortable with reporting, budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, plus property or hotel management systems.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple operational priorities.
• Hands-on and flexible, ready to travel often and respond to issues outside regular hours.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

• A valid driving license — with the amount of travel involved, this is a big plus.
• A real estate background — a particularly strong fit for this role.
• Experience setting up a new property or accommodation facility.
• Additional languages.
