Real Estate Agent

Our client is a company operating at the intersection of crypto and AI, building innovative products in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech today.

They're looking for someone with a real estate background to move in-house as a Corporate Housing Specialist — taking everything you already know about managing properties, tenants, and vendors, and applying it to a single, fully-owned staff accommodation building. Instead of juggling multiple listings and clients, you'll run one property end to end: setup, daily operations, and everything in between. If you're used to being on the road for viewings, inspections, and client meetings, this role will feel familiar — just with one property, one team, and a resident community that's yours to manage. This is a fully onsite role in the UAE.

A valid driving license is required given how much of the role involves being on-site and on the move — something you're likely already used to from real estate.

Scope of Work:

• Take ownership of an entire property — the same tenant/property relationship you manage in real estate, now for one building you run full-time.
• Set up the accommodation building for opening, coordinating vendors and third parties on everything the property needs.
• Manage the full resident journey — allocation, check-in, room transfers, and check-out — much like managing move-ins and move-outs for tenants.
• Build and maintain SOPs, house rules, checklists, and service standards for the property.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and building equipment regularly, and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs — similar to property condition checks and inspections in real estate.
• Manage external providers and contractors across cleaning, security, pest control, waste management, and maintenance — the same vendor coordination skills from managing rental properties.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with the relationship-management instincts you've built working with tenants and clients.
• Work with HR on employee arrivals, departures, and room allocation.
• Track utilities, supplies, operating expenses, and departmental budgets.
• Keep the property compliant with health, safety, fire prevention, and hygiene regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the accommodation operations team.
• Report regularly on occupancy, incidents, maintenance, and resident feedback, and keep improving service quality and cost efficiency.
• Travel frequently for business as the role requires.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, Leasing Agent, or similar property-facing role.
• A valid driving license — this role involves frequent site visits, vendor meetings, and property matters.
• Solid understanding of property management fundamentals — inspections, tenant relations, and vendor coordination.
• Good knowledge of health and safety, fire safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Strong relationship-management and complaint-handling skills, honed from working directly with clients and tenants.
• Comfortable with reporting, budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Hands-on and flexible, ready to travel often and respond to issues outside regular hours.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Experience setting up a new property or accommodation facility.
• Background in hotel operations, serviced apartments, or staff accommodation.
