⟢ WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

• Model Development & Research
  - Architect, develop, and iterate on NLP and LLM models for customer-facing and internal automation use cases
  - Conduct applied research and experiments in generative AI, advancing the team's methodologies
  - Apply fine-tuning and optimization techniques to adapt foundational models for specific business contexts
• Data Management
  - Curate and preprocess large, high-quality datasets for training and rigorous evaluation
  - Apply augmentation and enrichment strategies to improve model robustness and generalization
• Deployment & Integration
  - Deploy and operate NLP/LLM models in production environments with a focus on reliability and scalability
  - Build and maintain APIs that integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into enterprise platforms
• Monitoring, Mentorship & Innovation
  - Implement evaluation frameworks to continuously track model accuracy, fairness, and performance drift
  - Mentor junior team members and elevate the engineering culture through technical leadership
  - Stay current with LLM and NLP research — and bring relevant advancements back to the team

⟢ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field; Master's or PhD is a plus
• 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying NLP and LLM solutionsDeep familiarity with modern language models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral) and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Expert-level Python skills; proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, and NLTK
• Strong grounding in ML algorithms, neural network architectures, and statistical modeling
• Practical experience with cloud platforms — AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Nice to have: multilingual NLP experience, MLOps practices, distributed computing (Apache Spark)
