Our client is a company operating at the intersection of crypto and AI, building innovative products in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech today.

They're looking for someone with a hotel or hospitality operations background — front office, housekeeping, guest services, or general property operations — to step into a Corporate Housing Specialist role, running staff accommodation the way you'd run a hotel: with tight SOPs, service standards, and a team that delivers every day. If you know how to keep a hospitality operation running end to end, this role lets you apply that at scale, owning an entire property. This is a fully onsite role in the UAE.

Plenty of movement comes with the job — site visits, vendor meetings, property matters — so a driving license is a real advantage, and this role is a strong fit for anyone who has also worked in real estate.

⟢ Scope of Work:

• Bring the operational discipline of hotel front office, housekeeping, and guest services into running a full accommodation building.
• Set up the property for opening, coordinating vendors and third parties on everything it needs to operate.
• Own the resident journey — allocation, check-in, room transfers, and check-out — the same guest-lifecycle thinking from hospitality, applied to residents.
• Build and maintain SOPs, house rules, checklists, and service standards that reflect the operational rigor of a well-run hotel.
• Run housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance schedules, and inspect rooms, common areas, and equipment regularly.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and follow up on repair requests until resolved.
• Manage external providers across cleaning, security, pest control, waste management, and maintenance.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with the same service mindset you'd bring to hotel guests.
• Work with HR on employee arrivals, departures, and room allocation.
• Track utilities, supplies, operating expenses, and departmental budgets.
• Keep the property compliant with health, safety, fire prevention, and hygiene regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the accommodation operations team — applying the people-management skills hospitality operations already demands.
• Report regularly on occupancy, incidents, maintenance, and resident feedback, and keep improving service quality and cost efficiency.
• Travel frequently for business as the role requires.

⟢ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations — front office, housekeeping, guest services, or a similar function.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility operations.
• Good knowledge of health and safety, fire safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
• Strong leadership, team management, and complaint-handling skills.
• Comfortable with reporting, budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, plus hotel or property management systems.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple operational priorities.
• Hands-on and flexible, ready to travel often and respond to issues outside regular hours.
• Good written and spoken English.

• A valid driving license — with the amount of travel involved, this is a big plus.
• A real estate background — a particularly strong fit for this role.
• Experience setting up a new property or accommodation facility.
