Senior Tax Manager

Our Client, a large financial services firm, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead their tax consulting section and drive significant growth.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the overall tax consulting section, ensuring highquality service delivery.
• Provide expert advice on Botswana tax legislation and compliance.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team spread throughout Botswana.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the tax practice significantly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring the practice remains compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of Botswana tax legislation.
• Proven experience in managing a diverse team.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional qualifications in tax or accounting are preferred.
