Personal Assistant (PA) to the MD

Our client, a leader in the telecommunication industry, is seeking a Personal Assistant to the MD to join its dynamic team. The individual will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all his administrative and clerical functions including managing the MDs schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management:
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD.
  • Communication:
    • Screen and manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Arrange mainly local travel, including flights, road travel and accommodation
    • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely travel-related documentation.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with office management tasks, including emails, filing and record-keeping
    • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PA or executive assistant.
  • Be highly computer literate, including using cloud-based software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
