Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, managers, and employees, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Design and implement People programs that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights and solutions.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Coach and advise employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and legislation.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Culture Amp, HR Acuity).
- Proven experience supporting management and providing HR guidance.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret HR analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
Nice-to-Have:
- Masters degree or MBA.
- Experience in the engineering or financial services industry.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
