Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Architect with expertise in Windows Active Directory, IAM, Server Management, and O365 Migration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Active Directory environments, ensuring seamless integration and security.
Key Responsibilities
Active Directory Administration & Security
- Extensive hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory.
- Installation, configuration, and upgrading of Active Directory domain controllers.
- Manage system properties, policies, and services within the Active Directory structure.
- Handle schema updates and Group Policy Objects (GPO) management.
- Configure and manage AD DNS services, DHCP servers, and trust relationships.
- Maintain Active Directory security and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Experience in AD disaster recovery and continuity planning.
- Automate Active Directory processes using PowerShell scripting.
Migration & Deployment
- Conduct O365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations using Quest, BitTitan.
- Plan and execute Active Directory migrations from on-premises to cloud or between on-prem environments.
- Utilize migration tools such as Quest Migration Manager (QMM), Forensit, BitTitan, ShareGate, Cloudyn, Cloudhighway.
- FileServer migration and deployment of DFS (Distributed File System).
Technical Expertise & Support
- Troubleshoot Directory Replication service issues.
- Manage AD Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web SSO, and OAuth.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders and IT teams.
Additional Advantageous Skills
- Knowledge of Azure VDI, Remote Desktop Services.
- Familiarity with banking, manufacturing, travel, and healthcare industries.
- Experience in scripting and automation.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred Certifications:
- MCITP
- MCSA
- ITIL Foundation
- Cloud Certifications (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
