Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Architect with expertise in Windows Active Directory, IAM, Server Management, and O365 Migration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Active Directory environments, ensuring seamless integration and security.

Key Responsibilities

Active Directory Administration & Security

  • Extensive hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory.
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of Active Directory domain controllers.
  • Manage system properties, policies, and services within the Active Directory structure.
  • Handle schema updates and Group Policy Objects (GPO) management.
  • Configure and manage AD DNS services, DHCP servers, and trust relationships.
  • Maintain Active Directory security and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Experience in AD disaster recovery and continuity planning.
  • Automate Active Directory processes using PowerShell scripting.

Migration & Deployment

  • Conduct O365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations using Quest, BitTitan.
  • Plan and execute Active Directory migrations from on-premises to cloud or between on-prem environments.
  • Utilize migration tools such as Quest Migration Manager (QMM), Forensit, BitTitan, ShareGate, Cloudyn, Cloudhighway.
  • FileServer migration and deployment of DFS (Distributed File System).

Technical Expertise & Support

  • Troubleshoot Directory Replication service issues.
  • Manage AD Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web SSO, and OAuth.
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders and IT teams.

Additional Advantageous Skills

  • Knowledge of Azure VDI, Remote Desktop Services.
  • Familiarity with banking, manufacturing, travel, and healthcare industries.
  • Experience in scripting and automation.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred Certifications:

    • MCITP
    • MCSA
    • ITIL Foundation
    • Cloud Certifications (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
