Asset Management Project Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets (endpoints, applications, cloud assets, etc.) using Excel, PowerBI, and Python.
- Identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to improve asset tracking and lifecycle management.
Project Coordination & Agile Leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) using Rally/Azure DevOps.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in ITAM processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Asset Governance
- Partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Incident Response teams to maintain accurate asset records.
- Track and manage physical/virtual assets, including hidden dependencies (e.g., shadow IT, VM relationships).
- Ensure compliance and cost efficiency across hardware, software, and cloud assets (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelors in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field (or 4+ years of relevant experience).
- 2+ years in IT Asset Management (hardware/software tracking, license optimization, cloud assets).
- Expert in Excel (pivot tables, macros) & PowerBI (dashboards, automation).
- Experience with Python scripting for data workflows (preferred).
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge (experience with Rally/ADO is a plus).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms).
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Certifications: CSM, PSM, ITIL, or CITAM.
- Experience with ITAM tools (ServiceNow, Tanium, Flexera).
