What You'll Do:

Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals (nurses, therapists, allied health, etc.)
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements
Utilize job boards, ATS, and social media to find top talent

What Were Looking For:

️ 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing
️ Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing, and credentialing
️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring goals
️ Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms is a plus!
