Job Title: Oracle Procurement Cloud Consultant (Sourcing & CLM Implementation)
Location: Houston, TX (Primary) | Dallas, TX | Irving, TX
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Cloud Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle Sourcing Cloud, including Sourcing (RFx), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Supplier Qualification Management (SQM). The consultant will play a critical role in optimizing procurement processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirement Gathering: Conduct and lead workshops to gather user requirements and create user stories. Analyze existing pain points and challenge users on new requirements.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement new business processes in line with industry best practices and Oracle Cloud standards.
- Fit-Gap Analysis: Document and assess the gaps between business requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities, ensuring minimal customization.
- Configuration & Implementation: Lead hands-on configuration and implementation of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, including Sourcing/RFx, Supplier Portal, SQM, and Costing.
- System Functionality: Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud configurations and functionalities.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain and procurement operations, focusing on cost savings and spend analytics.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Administer and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Technical & Strategic Acumen: Blend technical expertise with strategic insights to drive successful procurement solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Functional Expertise: Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and SQM.
- Full Life Cycle Implementation: Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders.
- Certifications: Oracle Cloud certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
