Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations on lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and surface grinders
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish across all conventional machining processes
- Coordinate with production planning and quality teams to meet delivery targets
- Mentor operators and enforce safety and shop discipline
- Maintain shift-wise production records and machine utilization logs
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience in conventional machining environments
- Strong understanding of manual machining techniques and tooling
- Leadership and communication skills for team coordination
