Responsibilities:

• Induction furnaces का रखरखाव और सर्विस, जिसमें coil brazing, coating, taping, और tightness शामिल है
• Furnace performance के लिए coil descaling और power lead cleaning
• RO water, inverter, और converter DM water systems की निगरानी और रखरखाव
• Electrical components जैसे capacitors, thrusters, और water sensors को बदलना और रखरखाव
• F/C power packs का नियमित रखरखाव करके breakdowns को रोकना
• Grinding media ball की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने के लिए razing change प्रक्रिया का प्रबंधन और निरीक्षण

Requirements:

• ITI (Fitter)/Mechanical Engineering या संबंधित क्षेत्र में Diploma
• Foundry Unit में काम करने का 2-3 साल का न्यूनतम अनुभव, विशेष रूप से induction furnaces के साथ
• Induction furnace संचालन और रखरखाव की अच्छी समझ
• Coil brazing, coating, और taping में निपुणता
• RO water, inverter, और converter DM water systems का ज्ञान
• Capacitors, thrusters, और water sensors जैसे electrical components से परिचित
• तेजी से चलने वाले और शारीरिक रूप से मांग करने वाले वातावरण में काम करने की क्षमता
• अच्छे problem-solving और troubleshooting कौशल
• उत्कृष्ट time management और organizational कौशल
• लचीले घंटे, rotational shifts में काम करने और emergencies के लिए कॉल पर रहने की इच्छा
