Accountant

Position: Accountant

A leading renewable energy company with a 25-year legacy seeks an experienced Accountant for their advanced solar PV module manufacturing unit in Raipur.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting activities (AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations)
• Maintain accurate financial records (balance sheets, P&L statements)
• Conduct regular audits
• Manage GST, TDS, TCS, and ensure timely filing of returns
• Oversee EPF and ESIC contributions, maintain employee records
• Prepare and submit forms (E-Way Bill)
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain financial transaction records
• Follow up on payments and maintain cash flow
• Collaborate for timely financial transaction processing
• Stay updated on accounting laws and ensure compliance
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Handle other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or related field
• CA (Inter) preferred
• 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
