Position: Operator - Sponge Iron / DRI Plant

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Sponge Iron / DRI Plant equipment
• Conduct inspections, address malfunctions, and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain records of production and equipment performance
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance
• Follow safety protocols and coordinate with team members

Requirements:

• ITI certification in a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in operating a 350 TPD Sponge Iron / DRI Plant
• Strong knowledge of plant systems, troubleshooting, and safety procedures
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and physical fitness
• Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours when needed
