Position: Head of Department - Coal Washery Depot

Company: Leading Structural Steel manufacturer with an 85MW captive power plant in Siltara, Raipur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Coal Washery Depot operations
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• Improve efficiency and productivity
• Lead and support the team
• Monitor production data
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders
• Maintain supplier/vendor relationships
• Manage budgets
• Stay updated on industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Mining Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in coal processing and handling, 5+ years in management
• Knowledge of coal processing techniques and equipment
• Team management in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Independent decision-making in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility for hours and travel
