Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Asst. Manager / Manager (Sponge Iron Division) - Mechanical to oversee the mechanical operations, ensuring smooth functioning, production targets, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee mechanical operations, including maintenance and repairs.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Monitor production processes for quality and safety compliance.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with other departments for project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.).
