Client Overview:
Our client is in domestic and overseas toiletries sales. Dedicated to customer satisfaction, they are seeking a versatile Telecaller / CRM / Admin to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote products/services and manage inbound customer inquiries
- Update and maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record management
- Collaborate across teams for seamless operations and handle additional assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in Telecalling, CRM, or Admin roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Availability to work in Raipur, Chhattisgarh
