Client Overview:
Our client is in domestic and overseas toiletries sales. Dedicated to customer satisfaction, they are seeking a versatile Telecaller / CRM / Admin to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to promote products/services and manage inbound customer inquiries
  • Update and maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record management
  • Collaborate across teams for seamless operations and handle additional assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in Telecalling, CRM, or Admin roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
  • Availability to work in Raipur, Chhattisgarh
