Job Description: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage with potential real estate clients.
• Present, promote, and sell real estate properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Location: Candidates from Bhilai are preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
