Position: Dispatch Supervisor (TMT Rolling Mill)

Our client, an integrated steel plant in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, seeks a skilled Dispatch Supervisor to manage loading operations in the TMT Rolling Mill unit, ensuring timely and damage-free transportation of steel products.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of TMT bars
• Coordinate with logistics, transporters, and customers for efficient shipments
• Manage inventory records, ensuring proper stock movement and documentation
• Oversee loading/unloading processes, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
• Ensure accuracy in e-way bills, dispatch orders, and sales orders
• Address logistical challenges and resolve transport-related issues

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in dispatch operations within steel manufacturing
• Knowledge of e-way bills, sales orders, dispatch documents, and inventory management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software for documentation and reporting
