Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Raipur, Bhilai

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote our products and services, nurture leads, and contribute to the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company's offerings.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into actionable sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly call, lead, and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Address customer complaints and offer appropriate resolutions.
• Provide insights and feedback to optimize the calling process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Telecaller or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in the Hindi with a basic understanding of English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejections effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales-focused or similar industry is advantageous.
