Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CCM & Furnace In-charge with 5+ years of experience in Furnace and CCM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Furnace and CCM (Continuous Casting Machine)
• Meet production targets and quality standards
• Monitor and control Furnace and CCM parameters
• Supervise operators and technicians
• Implement maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, minimizing downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth production flow
• Manage inventory and order necessary materials
• Train and mentor new employees
• Stay updated with latest technology and industry trends

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Furnace and CCM operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
