Our client, a leading company in Dubai specializing in metallic construction and galvanization, seeks a skilled CNC Plasma & Oxyfuel Cutting Machine Operator to join their Lighting Pole Fabrication Unit. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Plasma & Oxyfuel Cutting Machine Operator to shape metal sheets as per specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for cutting dimensions and tolerances.
• Select and install cutting tools, adjusting machine settings for optimal performance.
• Monitor operations, make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting for smooth and safe operations.
• Inspect finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Follow safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Keep accurate records of production and materials used.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Plasma & Oxyfuel metal cutting machines.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of machine operations.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
