Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Company: Architectural in Fire Fighting Installations

Experience: 1+ year in tender filling, filing and knowledge of GeM portal preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare tender letters and documents
• Handle tender filling and filing on GeM portal
• Coordinate with departments for tender information
• Review and ensure compliance with tender requirements
• Conduct market research for tender opportunities
• Maintain accurate tender records
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Assist in contract negotiations and finalizations
• Stay updated on industry trends and tender processes

Requirements:

• Any Graduate/Diploma with experience in related field
• 1+ year experience in tender filling and filing
• Familiarity with GeM portal preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Knowledge of Fire Fighting installations industry is a plus
