Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our solar panel manufacturing plant. You will operate and maintain machines, ensuring product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain solar panel manufacturing machines
• Set up machines per production requirements
• Monitor and adjust production processes
• Conduct quality checks and report issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate to meet production targets
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
• ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
• Strong technical knowledge of machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good physical stamina for fast-paced work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime
