Accountant

Position: Accountant

Our Client, a leading manufacturer in the field of castings for over several decades, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team preferably from Bhilai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, and Cash Flow statements
• Workings for GST filing
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and improvement
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Provide support for external audits and tax filing

Qualifications:

• B.Com., M.Com. or related accounting field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or in a CA firm
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with Tally, Accounting Software and MS Excel
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
