Dy. Manager (Maintenance)Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide leadership and guidance
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment in the division
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify and address any potential issues
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and maintenance costs
- Source and purchase necessary spare parts and equipment for maintenance work
- Implement new technologies and techniques to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all safety protocols are followed by the maintenance team
- Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the steel or heavy industry
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment and maintenance procedures
Shift Engineer (Maintenance)
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment and identify any potential issues
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to plan and execute maintenance activities during your shift
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance
- Communicate with the Manager and other team members to provide updates on equipment status and maintenance activities
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the steel or heavy industry
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and maintenance procedures
