Position: Production Supervisor (TMT Rolling Mill)

Our client, operating an integrated steel plant in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to manage operations in the TMT Rolling Mill unit, ensure efficient production, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise TMT Rolling Mill operations to meet production targets and maintain quality
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and productivity
• Lead and train production workers while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with departments to address production and maintenance issues
• Monitor equipment functionality, coordinate repairs, and maintain records
• Implement standard operating procedures and promote team development

Qualifications:

• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years steel production experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
• Expertise in rolling mill processes and equipment
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols and proficiency in Microsoft Office
