Position: Sales Manager (TMT Bar / Crash Barrier / MS & GI Pipe)
Location: Across Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh

Our client, a leading producer and distributor of Steel TMT Bar, Crash Barriers, MS & GI Pipe, is urgently seeking dynamic, motivated and experienced sales professionals to join their team across several locations of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The company is based in Raipur with a commitment to provide quality products and services have a strong presence in its segments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the company's products related to Building Site Projects, Pipeline Work and Railway Site Projects.
- Identify and target potential clients and converting them to our brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
- Monitor and Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the company's products.
- Stay updated with industry developments and changes in market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- MBA or an equivalent degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales & marketing role in TMT Bars, Crash Barriers and MS & GI Pipe industry is must.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful selling strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to different locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
