Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Factory Shift In-Charge to manage shift operations at our client's solar PV module manufacturing unit. Responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, managing employees, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee shift operations: production, quality control, maintenance
• Meet production targets within deadlines
• Monitor employee performance; provide training and guidance
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth factory functioning
• Prepare and maintain shift reports and records
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
• Conduct regular meetings with shift workers
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
