Job Description: As a Diploma / Graduate Engineer Trainee in Metallurgy, you will assist senior engineers in the production process and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of metallurgy. You will be trained in the use of advanced technology and equipment to ensure the quality and efficiency of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production process, ensuring all quality standards are met.
• Learn and implement various metallurgical processes and techniques.
• Conduct tests and analysis to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all production activities.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the workplace.
• Report to senior engineers and provide regular updates on the production process.

Requirements:

• B.E., B.Tech., Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or related field
• Fresh engineering graduates from 2023 or 2024 batches are encouraged to apply
• Strong technical knowledge of metallurgical processes and techniques
• Familiarity with advanced technology and equipment used in metallurgy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
