Position: Shift Engineer - RMP (Coal & IO Circuit)

Location: Siltara, Raipur

Salary: Negotiable

Our client, a leading steel conglomerate with a state-of-the-art integrated steel plant in Siltara, Raipur is looking for a Shift Engineer with experience in RMP or RHMS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Coal & IO Circuit in the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the operations of the Coal & IO Circuit in the plant
• Ensure smooth functioning of the equipment and machinery in the circuit
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify any issues and address them in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems that may arise during the shift
• Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure efficient production processes
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Train and supervise junior staff to ensure their competency and productivity
• Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities
• Report any deviations or abnormalities to the higher management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in RMP or RHMS
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the Coal & IO Circuit operations
• Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours, if required
