Job Description: Seeking a results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to promote and sell its products, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs
• Present and demonstrate products
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Address customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with the production team for timely deliveries
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors
• Travel to meet customers and attend trade shows/events

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2-4 Years of relevant experience
• Proven sales experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and selling abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
• Valid driver's license and own transportation
