Job Position: Shift In-charge - Coal Washery

Company Overview: Our client, a leading Structural Steel Manufacturer with an 85 MW Captive Power Plant seeks an experienced Shift In-charge for their Coal Washery.

Location: Siltara, Raipur

Job Overview: Oversee daily coal washery operations, manage shift teams, and ensure efficient and safe task execution to maintain plant functioning and meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shift team
• Plan and allocate tasks
• Monitor and adjust plant performance
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Conduct inspections and maintenance
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Prepare reports on production and maintenance
• Train and develop team members
• Collaborate with other departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a coal washery
• Strong knowledge of coal washery processes and equipment
• Team management experience
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends if necessary
