Job Description: Seeking an experienced Sr. Manager / Manager - Power Plant (Instrumentation) with 15-20 years in power plant instrumentation. Responsible for overseeing instrumentation systems, managing a team, ensuring safety and compliance, and implementing new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth operation of instrumentation systems.
• Manage and support a team of technicians and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Collaborate to implement cost-saving measures.
• Prepare reports on plant performance and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• 15-20 years of experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and control systems.
• Team management experience.
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to relocate to Jharsuguda, Odisha.
