Responsibilities:

• Supervise welding operations and ensure quality standards
• Physically verify welds and ensure compliance with specifications
• Guide and support welding technicians
• Enforce safety measures during operations
• Maintain welding activity records and prepare reports
• Collaborate with teams for smooth project execution
• Train and mentor welding staff
• Integrate advanced welding techniques to improve efficiency
• Ensure proper maintenance of welding tools and equipment
• Resolve welding-related issues effectively

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of welding experience, ideally in a foundry setting
• ITI / Fitter / Welder / Diploma equivalent or similar certification
• Strong practical knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols
• Leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot challenges
• Familiarity with local welding codes is advantageous
