Sale & Marketing - AGM / DGM / AM /DM

Position: AGM / DGM / AM / DM - Sales & Marketing

Our client, a leading steel conglomerate, is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals having experience in Structural Steel and Wire Rod to join their team as AGM / DGM - Sales & Marketing and AM / DM Sales & Marketing. The company is known for its state-of-the-art integrated steel plant located in Siltara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and specializes in producing a wide range of structural steel products.

As a key member of the Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets for the company's products. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
• Train and mentor junior members of the sales team
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience for AGM / DGM and 4-5 years of experience for AM / DM in sales and marketing, preferably in the Structural Steel and Wire Rod industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required
