Position: Operator - Coal Washery

Job Description: Join the Coal Washery team to operate and maintain equipment such as Screens, PLC, Pump House, Thickener, Dosing System, Surge Bunker, Centrifuge, HM cyclone and LIMS, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular checks and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and meet production targets.
• Continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Coal Washery operations.
• Strong understanding of Coal Washery processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
