Position: Sr. Manager / Manager (Sponge Iron Division) - Production

Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha

Company Overview: A leading integrated steel plant, producing Sponge Iron, Billets, TMT Bars, and operating a Power Plant.

Job Overview: Lead the Sponge Iron Division's production team, overseeing production processes, developing strategies, and ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the production process.
• Implement and monitor production plans.
• Lead and support the production team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in the steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of sponge iron production processes.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations.
