Qualification: BE/BTech Electrical

Job Description:

• Oversee electrical operations in the SMS department.
• Manage maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor electrical systems' performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production to meet targets efficiently.
• Implement and maintain safety measures.
• Train and supervise junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with electrical technology advancements.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for equipment and spare parts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an integrated steel plant.
• Strong knowledge of SMS department electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Good understanding of safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
