Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of heavy engineering fabrication production experience excluding structural steel.
  • Current position: GM/AGM/DGM or higher in a heavy engineering fabrication plant.
  • In-depth knowledge of fabrication equipment, blueprint interpretation, materials, welding processes, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute production activities to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee scheduling for timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
  • Achieve production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and rework.

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules for equipment efficiency.

  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and reliable supply chains.
  • Prepare detailed production reports for senior management.
