Position: HR Executive - Generalist

Company Overview: Our client a leading heavy engineering manufacturer and exporter with an annual turnover of USD 100 million and over 50 years of market trust. Their state-of-the-art facilities include Ferrous Foundry, Machine Shop, Heavy Fabrication & Assembly, and Design & Engineering.

Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives to foster positive work culture.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics.
  • Oversee time office operations.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
