Position: HR Executive - Generalist
Company Overview: Our client a leading heavy engineering manufacturer and exporter with an annual turnover of USD 100 million and over 50 years of market trust. Their state-of-the-art facilities include Ferrous Foundry, Machine Shop, Heavy Fabrication & Assembly, and Design & Engineering.
Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives to foster positive work culture.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics.
- Oversee time office operations.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in employee relations and performance management.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
