Job Description:

Seeking a reliable and responsible Security Guard for our client in Raipur. Your primary duties will be ensuring the safety and security of the premises and all individuals within it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling the premises
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access
• Conduct regular checks of entry and exit points
• Keep accurate records of individuals entering and exiting
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas
• Report security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual incidents
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Clean and maintain outer areas, including parking lots and sidewalks
• Assist with opening and closing doors and gates for authorized personnel
• Communicate effectively with team members and superiors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Guard or similar role
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and equipment
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Clean criminal record and pass a background check
